It's not a letter from the government or the Board of Health. Instead, it's a huge red postcard from the CBC, attempting to find people suffering from a mysterious - and often fatal - illness that's affected residents in New Brunswick. I can't recall a news organization ever doing something like this before. We'll see if it yields any results.
