    News Talk 1010 also on 1090?

    In the last few days I have noticed that Audio from News Talk 1010 seems to also be on 1090.   It's not spill as it's not coming in on 1020 to 1080 and the signal is weaker than 1010.   Is Industry Canada testing 1090 or is something really wrong at the transmitter site for CFRB? Seems stronger west Etobicoke to Burlington.

    I used to notice CFTR (in the 80s) was in a couple of spots on the dial, and I have recently noticed Newstalk 1010 on another spots as well.  It's a weaker signal and appears to sound slightly more bassy.
