If you think the above article is disturbing, try reading this unctuous bit of bilge from a Bell executive. It's an opinion piece in the Toronto Star that makes the claim that not only is the decision not to lower prices a good thing for consumers, but that Canada has some of the most competitive and cheapest Internet rates in the world.
I'm not sure which world he's living in, but it's not one anyone I know occupies.
