I can't say I've heard the name Paul Butler before. But the former Buffalo radio accountant decided he wanted more than to work for a radio station - how wanted to own one. In the end, the late exec. wound up owning two - WHLD and what was then known as WZIR-FM (now WKSE.) 

On Sunday, WGRZ-TV paid tribute to a man ahead of his time. At least that's what Frank Zappa may have believed.
