This is not the first time they've apparently done something like this - the CBC has had previous stories on seniors with no computers or cell phones at all being sold full Internet packages.
I could list a dozen more stories, but you get the idea. And the same thing happens every time. Once it gets bad PR, Bell apologizes, fixes it - then goes right back and does it again. And again. And again. I wish the big polling firms would do a survey on who's the most hated company in Canada. Would Bell rank #1 or would that dubious honour go to Rogers? Either way, they'd jockey for first and second place.

Where's CTV Toronto's consumer reporter Pat Foran when you need him?....oh wait a minute....NOT on your side when we're talking about his bosses at the parent telecommunications company....we'll just stick to banks, insurance and car companies here on Consumer Alert....

You are right.
And the sad reality is that the majority of the large publicly traded corps. all own shares in each other to the permissible limit that the various regulatory bodies allow.
"Hey, We're having a banner year here. Hope you do are to as our competitor, 'cause y'know when you are doing well... we are doing great!!!"
