Twist TV- operated by TEGNA,  has launched on WGRZ's 33.5 subcarrier.  Primarily cooking and DIY shows.  
TEGNA claims they reach over 70% of American homes OTA with this service.

The service seems to have quite a few Canadian produced programs such as Christine Cushing's "Fearless int he Kitchen" series.  This is a program genre where Canadian producers excel.
