Former music guy and MP Andrew Cash, lands a new gig at CIMA

If you were at the Horseshoe back in the 80's chances are you'd see guys like Dave Bidini or Andrew Cash Play. It was a cool time for musicians in the "6".

Andrew Cash went on to become an NDP MP in the Davenport area and now, with his political career in the rearview mirror, he just took on a new role as the head of the Canadian Independent Music Association.

It is a pivotal time in the music biz and from what I read, Cash intends to take Canada's musicians into some new directions.
