    This will be the second move because their engineers didn't plot the contours properly I believe?

    Wonder how the engineers feel about being a Scapegoat.  First time If I remember they said they.didnt realize it was a hilly area or something.

    They must have used the CBC engineers who signed off on 740 AM being a bad frequency.
