The Tragically Hip will be recipients of a Humanitarian Award at this years 50th anniversary edition of the Juno's in May. 

If you think about the last tour they went on a few summers ago, they raised awareness for Cancer Research/Cures, Indigenous Rights, and community building as well. 

They inspired all Canadians that year and as you recall a third of Canada tuned into watch, that televised final concert on a late-summer's night in August.
