    CBC Cancels Trickster - But Not For The Reasons You Think

    Even though it made it to the CW in the States, it won't be back in either country. And you may not believe the reason.

    The Globe 'n Mail reports (pg. A20 today's print edition) that Ms. Latimer disclosed that after researching the matter of her Indigenous identity (and lack thereof) she resigned.   CBC News subsequently reported the forgoing and announced the show's cancellation.   

    Ms. Latimer thereafter sued the CBC for libel.    Your tax dollars at work

    It sounds like she is the one who stepped forward to admit her indiscretion . Why should the entire cast and crew of the show suffer ?
