    Are you sure you're talking about the same Rob Cowan? This one is a British broadcaster who works for a classical FM station in England. I don't think he's a SOWNY member, although he'd certainly be welcome here.

    Mr. R. Cowan and Mr. R. Ashby clearly have one thing in common; when request lines are opened, most will be from a population of relatively few titles and from individuals who want to hear their own voice on radio
