New Radio-Centric Podcast Coming In February

Bill Kurtis is behind it, the former WMAQ Chicago anchorman and the guy behind all those A&E series. It's called "We Interrupt This Broadcast," and the 12-part series takes listeners back to significant news events of the past 100 years in audio form, using the original tape and talking to the reporters who were there. Among the show topics: The Hindenburg disaster ("Oh The Humanity!") and 9/11,

"It will feature first-hand accounts, little-told anecdotes and insights recorded over the course of decades with such icons of broadcast journalism as David Brinkley, Tom Brokaw, Walter Cronkite, Sam Donaldson, Don Hewitt, Dan Rather and Tim Russert, among many contemporary correspondents, and with numerous news directors and producers, as well as with guests connected to broadcast journalism’s rich history such as Casey Murrow, Edward R. Murrow’s son."

It debuts Feb. 2021. I'm not a huge fan of podcasts, but this is one I would definitely like to hear.
