    John Valenteyn, R.I.P.

    Mr. Valenteyn co-founded the Toronto Blues Society, and was a program host on CJRT (1974-94) and later CIUT, where he was heard on Friday afternoons.

    I was deeply saddened to hear this news.  I have known John since CJRT.
