Point is (building on earlier thread) that regardless of whether the format is oldies, classic rock, new rock or classical music or whatever, listeners expect their favorite radio station to provide a base of (at least) a couple dozen famliar pieces. Forever + ever.

However for the Pink Floyd track, either source out the Collection of Dance Songs CD or the "...Brick" single. The point is, classic rock stations all play the song from "The Wall" CD that comes minus the intro that is included on the single. And it sounds TERRIBLE. The is one case where it's better to play the radio version, even on an album rock type of format.
