Ron MacLean and Sportsnet had a full night of the "Conversation"

The first "Conversation" aired last year on Hockey Central as they looked at race issues in the NHL and the bullying of some of the coaches.

But last night with no hockey, basketball and handful of baseball games, the sports world shut it all down.

Sportsnet hosted a special edition of the "Conversation" and then Sportsnet Central, hosted an extended look into the sports world speaking out against racism, Black Lives Matter and how the entire sports world took a pause to reflect.

This included the NBA referee's, to the Woman's PGA and Tennis...it was something to watch and bear witness too.

Here is the link to the Hockey Central November 2019 edition of The Conversation.

Also, here is last night's edition of Hockey Central...this is powerful stuff to see so many united. I pray that good outcomes happen for all!

The world would be so good if it weren't for some people...

Re: Ron MacLean and Sportsnet had a full night of the "Conversation"

I have to say that the Ron's interview with Don Fehr (NHLPA executive director) was one of the best segments of the "Conversation".  Ron's knowledge of the strife for racial equality in the U.S. was evident and through that insight he was able to conduct a poignant conversation with Don Fehr (who is American).  I thought the comments Don made concerning the racial movement requiring generational timeframes to fix was noteworthy.
