CBC News Network and ICI RDI are now more widely available across the country during the COVID-19 situation. All subscribers of Bell, Shaw and Cogeco will now receive CBC News Network and ICI RDI to help keep the public informed on any changes or health updates on the virus. In addition the French news network ICI RDI will also be available to all subscribers of Videotron in Quebec,

I wonder why Rogers so far is not part of this. It's really up to the distributor to offer the station to all subscribers.
