It's beginning to look like independent WECK in Buffalo is becoming a home for older and/or fired jocks. I can't say I've ever heard of Cindy Chan, but she apparently used to do overnights at 97 Rock from 1997-2001. She'll now be doing what's described as a "Dance, Sing and Boogie-Woogie show" on Sunday afternoons.
