    Toronto Financial Advisor Fined $15,000 Over CFRB Radio Show Referral

    This is a bit on the periphery of what normally appears on this board, but a financial advisor who used to host a paid Toronto radio show is in hot water over some leads generated as a result of one of his shows.

    It's a bit of an arcane explanation, but it concerns an expert who used to be on air on one of CFRB's weekend programs.

    Advisor fined for failing to disclose radio show referral arrangement

    all i can say is yikes! back when i co-hosted all of talk 640's live infomercials (and beyond) i shared a studio with this guy (for about 4 or 5 years). you never know.
