I honestly thought there couldn't possibly be any format that hadn't been tried until I saw this: an all-sports betting radio station. Unfortunately, it's on 1490 AM and is all of 400 watts, so unless you're in the parking lot, you probably can't hear it. 

If CFRB's Ryan Doyle went to work there, he likely wouldn't last long, gambling away most of his paycheque.
