Rick Brace is leaving and welcome in former Facebook Exec, Jordan Banks.
One has to wonder how this appointment will affect Rogers Media, will it tap into social media in a bigger way with Banks hiring?
Time will tell, but this could be a game changer...
Here is more in the move announced tonight!

I doubt it. The culture at Rogers is so stale, corporate, and seemingly "anti-customer" that you'd be hard pressed to find anyone that can turn that ship around. (And I say this not as someone who has ever worked for Rogers - but as a frustrated consumer of its various services...)

Really? I LOVE Rogers very much! They give me the best rates for everything!
I feel they treat me like a King. I am very happy to be a Rogers customer.
Bell OTOH can go shove it!! DO NOT call me after I left telling me you suddenly have a great deal for me. YOU should have had that deal in the first place when I was a Bell customer.
