There's another nationwide emergency test apparently coming on Wednesday. But this one isn't like the others and it won't wake you up - because it's coming from the U.S. and affects only their TV and radio. 

I remember those tests from "The Emergency Broadcast System" back when I was a kid. They used to scare the hell out of me. And I know I'm not alone. I can't recall the last time the U.S. did a nationwide test like the one that's scheduled for 2:22 PM Eastern.
