I'm not sure how many here know that the current mayor of Toronto, John Tory, has a son that bears his name. Or that the latter has been doing a regular Sunday night show on NT1010. That came to an end on the long weekend, as Tory Jr. thanked listeners for their time and promptly faded off into the either. (Not the best time to go, opposite the Raptors Game 3 and the final episode of Game Of Thrones, but beggars can't be choosers.)

Presumably, he'll still appear occasionally on the Roundtable. 

What's most interesting to me about Tory the Younger is how much he sounds like his father. The speech patterns and word use are so exact as to be almost identical. And other than having a much gruffer-sounding voice, it would be almost impossible to tell the two of them apart. 

No immediate word on what or who will replace him.
