    Court: Class Action Suit Vs. Bell Phone/Web/TV Tracking Can Proceed

    An Ontario judge has certified a class action lawsuit brought by Bell customers, complaining they were improperly tracked while using their phones, surfing the web or watching TV via Bell services. It could be worth more than $750 million if the plaintiffs win. If you're a Bell client and you qualify, you might to get in on it.
