There's a station near Cypress Gardens, Florida that's still on 540. It's now called WFLF-AM but mostly simulcasts its FM counterpart. Back when I was a kid, it was a great Top 40 station with a killer signal under the name WGTO - standing for Gulf To Ocean.

There are actually quite a few U.S. stations on 540, but none as great as GTO once was.
