Edward Keenan was filling in for Kelly Cutrara on Thursday and signed off his show by reminding listeners that they can catch his column in the Globe and Mail.
That was followed by the single longest confused pause I think I've ever heard on radio.
He broke the silence by finally correcting himself. "What I meant to say is you can read me in the Toronto Star. By the Globe and Mail, I meant Global News Radio!"
Talk about mixed branding. Either way, it was quite a sign-off!

I'm still hung up on GNR640. Maybe there's an audience for Guns N' Roses 24/7.
All Axl, all the time.

a long-form discussion on the benefits of chinese democracy? or maybe appeal to those with an appetite for destruction? use your illusion.

Not seeing the failure...but doesn't he write for the Star?

Exactly. But he announced, with great conviction, that you could read his columns in the Globe and Mail.

Is Edward related to Greg in any way?
