Shades of the price tags at Winners, or something like that. The price that nobody really pays, but maybe somebody will be fooled when they "only" pay S120/month instead.

 

Rogers can take both their Ignite TV installation fee and pricing and shove it! 
Get an android box and use cable less and less for a lot less.

Rogers ignite tv is still a joke when it comes to pricing and installation. 
I think the future will be more of an Alt TV customer base for Bell while Rogers struggles.
That is, if Bell itself can even get people to pay for Alt TV in a world where android boxes seem to do the job for a lot less money. (or the same price but a lot more channels)

The only reason why I have not "cut the cord" is because I love pausing and rewinding live TV with the Rogers Next box 3.0 and it has a very good recorder-record two shows while watching a third live all at the same time.
