    WLLZ FM & CHAY and CKQT FM

    Have continued my hunt of thrift stores and such and got really lucky when I picked up the two decks below for
     $50.00 combined.. Both were left for dead in as is condition but were up and running with relatively minor servicing and the help of You Tube videos.

    Three clips and two using the new eight track player/ recorder. Terrible format but this type of player almost redeems it.

    WLLZ FM ( Detroit) and, CHAY and CKQT FM

    Thanks! CKQT was an amazing radio station. I was saddened to learn that Eddie Luther passed away just as the format was changing to "current music". 
    The change was due though. As much as I loved the quiet and easy listening format, I kept falling asleep before the ads could air.  

    RadioWiz & RadioQuiz are NOT the same person. 
    RadioWiz & THE Wiz are NOT the same person.
