We've been listening to him for years.

Today Mike Hogan wrote the following on Twitter: "I'm thrilled to announce I've joined the @TorontoArgos on a full-time basis. I will be adding additional content to Argonauts.ca as well as doing some work in the communications department. My thanks to @JimPoppGM and those at MLSE who made this possible.#CFL"

I am not a football fan, but when I've heard Mike talk about it on the radio, he does an excellent job of translating his love of the game to the audience, and I stick around just to learn something new.

Others on the big yellow board are more knowledgeable about the trajectory of Mike's broadcasting career, and will know more than I about the wealth of experience he brings to the Argos organization.

I simply like, liked, listening to him, whenever he was on, in whatever capacity, no matter the subject.

Well done Toronto Argonauts and MLSE.
