The Movie Network is currently scheduling the documentary on the Long Island FM legend that dared to be different. I pvr'd it earlier in the week and viewed it last night. As a guy who was fortunate enough to be present in the halls of CFNY/ CKMW during that era in the early to mid 80's , I found the show to be quite entertaining. I was aware of WLIR back at that time but never realized the impact it had on the music scene and generation of New Yorkers . Thank you God, David Marsden and Gene Stevens that I had the opportunity to be there.

The Movie Network is still on the air?
Interesting to note, TMN hasn't increased their retail price in years. Given our CPI and the decline of their overall sub base, how is their balance sheet? Millennials? Nope... they are Netflix'ing and chilling.
