Well done CBC on the Juno's
I know the CBC gets a lot of criticism, but tonight's handling of the Juno awards with the pre-award shows and the award show itself, reminds us of how great and how far our country has come in terms of the talent, the positivity, the class our music industry has!
If you think back to Stan and Walt creating this award from the RPM magazine days and where the best we had was Anne Murray, Gordon Lightfoot, the Guess Who and the Poppy Family, to where we are now...I'd say our music scene is thriving!
It is exciting to see and yes, the CBC via CBC Music and CBC 2...does a great job in promoting the talent we have in Canada!
Job well done to the musicians, CBC and for a really good Juno Awards tonight!
