What did I just see on CTV Toronto?
Election results were popping up along the right-margin of the screen. Just after 3:00 p.m. on CTV Toronto. My wife was watching Dr. Phil and called me into the room with a, "Whaaaaaat is this? It's election day and people are still voting."
What did we see?...really.
No, I'm not drinking yet. Depending on the outcome of the election, that may start later. 
Did anyone else see this?

As long as it reads "0" for all parties, it's perfectly legal. It's called the test screen.

It's also legal if there are dummy numbers in there since it's clearly a mistake.

Nope. It has to read zero. Numbers (accurate or not) suggest things, steering the vote in fear.

Laws and regulations describe what's illegal. If an occurance doesn't breach a law, it's legal.

Anyone else catch the FHRITP reference that went coast to coast when CBC joined their West Coast feed in Vancouver after their polls closed? The reporter was a guy though. They're strange out there.
