There are places in Northern Ontario which have set their clocks to Manitoba time, in order to be in sync with their nearest provincial neighbour. But I don't think it's a big enough number to make any real impact overall.

But an hour difference between Quebec and the rest of this province is a different animal. I can't wait to see how officials here handle this when Quebec doesn't adjust their clocks - and New York State does.
