They don't give a date or the reasons for resurrecting this 90 sec. video, but the CBC has released a story from its archives about what was then called CHOG 640 in Toronto.
It's a fascinating watch to remember that fading era, the last real gasp of AM as a source for modern music. (It seems to have been produced sometime between 1990 and 1992, when the station rebranded as The Beat of Toronto.)
They don't identify the station spokesperson, wearing a pig mask on the top of his head. Anyone know who he is?

I think this would probably be from 1990 or early 1991, shortly after they ditched the country music format as CFGM and adopted what was known as the 'Rock 40' format; Top 40 radio with emphasis on rock tracks. Kind of similar to what 1050 CHUM did in most of 1982.
About a year later or so, they morphed into a more rhythmic Top 40 sound and rebranded themselves as AM 640 - The Beat of Toronto.
