I know, I know, another weather rant. But there's nothing more important to me on the weekend than the forecast. As most here know, CFTO gave up on having an official weather person in on Saturday and Sunday a long time ago, leaving the anchors to try to get through it on their own. 

That leaves it to Andria Case and Rahim Ladhani. They seem to think giving out this information is a reason to launch into painful banter, joking about things that aren't funny, making awful ad libs and taking forever to actually get to the information - which is, after all, the entire point. 

They do this every weekend, giggling like school girls and it's getting tougher and tougher to watch. I'm sure some find this charming. It just irritates the hell out of me. This is supposed to be a professional broadcast. It makes it sound more like something you'd see in a high school. 

All I want is to see the forecast for the coming week - not two otherwise professional newscasters acting like juveniles. Maybe I'm in the minority, but I don't find it charming. It's just annoying. And it happens every time.

A little more professionalism would go a long way, folks. I get it - you guys are fast friends and really like each other. But enough, already. Just give me the weather and leave the shtick to real comedians.
