Her name is Taryn Asher and up until recently, she was an investigative journalist at WJBK-TV, aka Fox 2 Detroit. But she's now making news instead of reporting it, after getting caught up in a confrontation with a producer off camera that ultimately resulted in her dismissal.

The video was never seen on air, but has turned up on the Internet.
