This isn't the kind of thing I'd normally run here, but with the endless Frank Leo ads that have been on your radio for years, it's an interesting warning. In several real estate broker commercials, you'll often hear the phrase "If it doesn't sell (agent's name) will buy it."

But one financial expert warns that almost never happens and even if it does, vendors likely won't wind up with the money they expected from that "guarantee."
