He's taking a long weekend, with Friday and Monday off. No word yet who's taking his place, but if I had to guess, it's likely to be John Tory. Because it almost always is.

Yes. Moore did mention briefly in passing this morning that it'll be Tory for Friday. No word on Monday but that seems logical too.

Do they have extra screening staff lined up? Or will Tory dare to take calls?
Actually no, they'll likely lean on a caller service to ensure consistency.

Tory will be leaving Friday at 9 AM to attend an event. Jerry Agar gets the extra hour.

And yes, the station has confimed that John Tory will be back doing Monday's morning show.
You have to wonder what they would do if he was unavailable. Do they have anyone else who could take that shift?

Potentially Jason Agnew? He used to do the Christmas to New Year's stretch (including Boxing Day itself) as I recall. Maybe Richard Crouse who did a live January 1st show (riddled with technical and logistical difficulties, though). Perhaps Dave Trafford, as a freelance gig.
Tory has a lot of increasingly irritating habits as a broadcaster (stammering, lots of "uh's", over-explaining, no clean good-byes/drops to guests, etc.) I do wish he'd just let go and relax into the role a bit. When his sense of humor comes out more it's much more enjoyable radio.

It's somewhat common to mine the FM stations for cases like this, but I'm not sure that anyone there makes sense. Maybe Darren Jones, but he's already on mornings so that's a no-go.

Agnew and Crouse have both done a pretty good job of filling in for Moore, both are a bit lighter, perfect for mornings! Agnew tends to be a bit more humorous out of the two but I enjoy them both, maybe they should be a team, Jay & Rich……!
