    My favourite radio writer, L.A. based Richard Wagoner, notes one thing about the demise of the Radio News division I hadn't thought of. 

    "As a slight irony, the switch means that KCBS/San Francisco is airing ABC News. Who would have guessed that would ever happen?"

    It is indeed a strange radio world.
