Welcome back, my friends, to the lawsuit that never ends...
That would be the lawsuit filed by the siblings of WBEN afternoon talker Tom Bauerle in the matter of Tom allegedly taking the shares of his late mother's estate from his two siblings.
The case is STILL being contested 2 years after it was first filed, and there are new documents in the case. Geoff Kelly of Buffalo's Investigative Post has the latest details (Be advised that some parts of the article are, at the very least, tough to stomach.)

Which is EXACTLY why I don't listen to it, or ANYTHING on WBEN. If I want a news fix, I'll go to WBFO(AKA BTPM NPR), the CBC or 680 NewsRadio.
