At least they were on Sunday night. I think we all know the weekend evening newscasts featuring CFTO anchors are all pre-recorded on NewsTalk 1010. It saves Bell the expense of bringing anyone in at a low listening time period, but it also leaves them open to what happened on Sunday night. 

Andria Case came on and told listeners that there could be road closures tomorrow, when the Toronto Marathon shuts streets downtown. There's just one problem - the Marathon was already done and those streets were already re-opened. By the time they got to the weather, it was obvious this was a day old newscast from Saturday, including a forecast for that night and Sunday morning, both long since over. 

These things are often caused by someone simply enerting the wrong file number in the computer, but it sounds terrible for a station that has the word "news" in its branding.
