Alex Jones is an odious conspiracy theorist, who among other things, insisted the Sandy Hook School shooting was fake. He was found guilty of making false accusations and in order to pay a $1.5 billion penalty, he's had to sell all his assets - including his infamous show.
So who is getting that property? You'd almost think it was a story on a different "fake news" source - The Onion. The owners of the satirical website say they hope to use "Info Wars" to help compensate the victims of the tragic school shooting and will keep it going with a new focus and a new host.
Not even The Onion would have dared publish this headline, but it appears to be coming true.
