I don't think so, but something is wrong with it. After trying to access it on Monday, I've been receiving this message from the site:
Anyone else seeing this? I suspect it's more a security certificate error than a hack, but anything is possible.
Even if you are getting the same warning, there will be no fix until at least Tuesday - federal employees have Easter Monday off, and that includes the folks at the CRTC. So there's no one around to fix whatever is wrong and there's no way to tell them.
Government at its best!

Temporarily change browser. (ie if you use chrome, switch to firefox)
See if you still get the same message.
Sometimes Chrome itself is the issue. Exiting out of Chrome, and starting it up again.
(at that point, clicking on "history" to restore your tabs)

Tried it on 3 different browsers. Same result on all of them.

Yup. You are correct. I am getting the same message.
Good to see it's not just the "defender" program in my computer (over) protecting me.
If others are getting the same message... something must be wrong on the CRTC's end.
Easter weekend though, so I gather nobody around to fix the problem until later today or Tomorrow?

Correct. I phoned their toll free number to ask about this and waited through the endless menus, only to be finally told they were closed for the holiday.

The site's security certificate is expired; usually an administrative error. Not hacked. As noted, wouldn't expect a fix today.

Using my VPN and allowing it to proceed, the site is still there...
