Did anyone watch Neil Young Live?

I quite liked watching the old veteran, singing, having a beer, playing harmonica, strumming his geee-tar and playing the piano...I liked the interactive format, online, over the internet etc. I would love to see more of this kind of programming in future.

It is a time like this where I'd love to have interview out-takes of Young being interviewed by Peter Mansbridge and then cut back to the live concert.

If you did tune, what did you think? I for one quite enjoyed the concert and the concept of it!

The world would be so good if it weren't for some people...

Re: Did anyone watch Neil Young Live?

I watched it and thought it was great, He sounded so good, a nice mix of well known and lesser known songs and that Omemee stage was quite the setting. Seemed like a some of it was rather spontaneous. He said at one point he is not going to sing a particular song but changed his mind and did. I usually am disappointed by old icons taking the stage but not in this case.

It was a Great Show. It showed off his skill as a player without a doubt. Very much like having him in your living room.

The Neil Young Archives are now online and you can listen to a lot of music from his career for free and he has put up a video that helps with site navigation. You have to log in to use the site and it is free until June:
