I listened for about an hour. It was interesting that the pundits on Power & Politics, Power Play and At Issue on CTV and CBC all seemed to agree it was a smart move for Pierre Poilievre to go on Rogan's podcast. He certainly did get a lot of press. Similar how Mark Carney did on the Daily Show with Jon Stewart last year, except Rogan has a much bigger audience in the US and here.
This was the first time I had listened to The Joe Rogan Experience podcast. What I didn't mind about Rogan was the fact he wasn't interrupting all the time or trying to be funny. And he wasn't bombastic at all like I sort of thought he might be. He and Pierre seemed to get along well and it sounds like Rogan doesn't hate Canada anymore. His big beef was with Justin, and not the country he said. Rogan said he use to come up for Just For Laughs all the time.
Anyway, I am not posting this to be political or what was said, just wondering if anyone listened to all or part. It was surprising to me how much the two talked about fitness, weightlifting and martial arts.
