One Time Blue Jays Analyst Calls It A Career

Remember the name Tommy Hutton? Not only was he a former Major League Baseball player, but he used to be an analyst back in the good old days when Blue Jays game were on free TV.

He eventually left the Jays broadcast crew for greener pastures and wound up working for the Expos and Yankees. But his longtime home for the past few years has been with the Miami Marlins. Hutton has confirmed he's got one more year left in him pronouncing on the play of the Florida team and then he's officially retiring. He's going to turn 80 in April.

That marks the second Blue Jay related commentator to leave the broadcast booth. Buck Martinez confirmed last month that he would not be returning to Sportsnet.
