He was the man in the booth for the Vancouver Canucks for 30 years. And he was sometimes heard in this part of the country on Hockey Night in Canada.
Announcing great Jim Robson was the voice of the Canucks from their early existence, including many years calling the games on CKNW.
He retired in 1991, but still attended some of the games. He sadly passed away Tuesday at the age of 91.
