John Moore's Morning Show May Start Earlier Than Normal Wednesday

The CFRB morning man promised that he might come on the air earlier on Wednesday than the normal 6 AM start time if the rather dire weather predictions come true. I have a feeling he may have to deliver on that vow.

Greg Brady's show on 640 traditionally begins at 5:30 in the morning. Could he open the mic at 5 AM instead?

Freezing rain, rain, ice pellets and more snow? Can we somehow just fast forward to May?

April showers bring May Flowers, but will April snow make the flowers grow?

Turns out the storm started later than expected, so the start times didn't change.

Re: John Moore's Morning Show May Start Earlier Than Normal Wednesday

I had 680 news on this morning in the car from 6am to close to 8am. There was not much to say, very little traffic at that time and the storm was just starting. I did see a few salt trucks on the road.
As much as I enjoy podcasts, live radio in bad weather is still my "Go To" audio when traveling.

If I'm driving on days like this it's nothing but 680News for me...but only every ten minutes, though I will get lazy and leave it on for longer stretches. I might flip to the others to catch one of their "off the ones" traffic reports but that's about it.

Re: John Moore's Morning Show May Start Earlier Than Normal Wednesday

I saw the usual casualties on the roads this morning. Smaller cars beached on oversized ramp windrows, truck bros with too much confidence and too little rear weight spinning their road-cocks into the ditch. I had tuned into 680 a few times more for the weather forecast than the road conditions.
