Former CTV & CFRA Reporter Quits Broadcasting For New Job
If you've ever watched CTV News, you've undoubtedly seen Colton Praill. Ottawa listeners may also recall him from his radio gig on CFRA. But you won't be seeing him on TV anymore, after he quit broadcasting for a new position - P.R.
He's joined a firm called "spark*" (with the star included) as a public relations rep.
He'd been with CTV's Parliamentary Bureau since 2023 and had previously worked as an anchor for Global in Regina.

Also moving on, according to Broadcast Dialogue: Jazan Grewal, who was with 680 News doing reporting and traffic for the past 5 years. No word on where she's going or why she left.

She also showed up on CityNews TV one day a week. Being photogenic I would expect someone offered a more substantive role, and more money, in that regard.
