According to this press releases on the Milkman site, software that allows you to run your own radio station from a home computer is now being made available for free. The program seems fairly robust and you can't beat the price.
Worth a look even if you don't plan to start your own online entertainment empire.

It's quite excellent. The MBC stations will have announcers in one place, news in another, weather in another with no operator and the playback is slick. Announcers can track or go live through a web interface.

You must really hate MBC. What did they do to you to make you so negative about them? If you don't like how they operate, that's your fault. Nobody else's.
Huh?

Sorry, what? I think MBC's made great use of this tech. Not sure how else my post would be interpreted?

I have to admit FP that I didn't get that idea from what RadioAaron (the other RA?) wrote. It seems he was complimenting both the system and MBC on how they run things.
I'm not running any radio station, but since they're offering it for free, I might just download it and have a look at it. I love radio tech, even if it's just on computer. Not much to lose in the end. If it is full of unwanted garbage, as has been suggested, it can easily be removed with a program like Revo Uninstaller. Fun to play with in the meantime.
