This is not fantasy.
Although I myself have never experienced late night radio shift nookie, I know for sure other people have.
In fact in one place I worked there was a designated "sick" room with a twin bed in case employees felt ill or had to do a double shift etc.
In this one place a note went up on the sick room door from management telling people to use the room only for its intended purpose.
We all knew what that meant.
In my first radio job in a small town in BC, staff and radio broadcasters watched porn openly on an early version of a video tape machine.
At another radio station staffers had to walk past a line of hookers who plied their trade in the overnight hours in order to get to the station's door.
I know several guys who took them up on offers.
